Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance Leadership:

Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive quality assurance program for all artistic metalwork projects.Collaborate with cross–functional teams to establish and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.Process Improvement:Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency in collaboration with production, design, and engineering teams.Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to ensure continuous process improvement. Inspection and Testing:

Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, work in progress, and finished products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.Implement and manage testing protocols to validate the durability, functionality, and aesthetic aspects of the metalwork. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control processes, inspections, and test results.Generate regular reports for senior management, highlighting key quality metrics and areas for improvement. Training and Development:

Provide training to production staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and adherence to design specifications.Foster a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement within the team.Work towards enhancing overall customer satisfaction through consistent quality delivery. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Art, Engineering, Quality Management).Proven experience in a quality management role, preferably within the field of artistic metalwork.Strong knowledge of metalworking processes, materials, and craftsmanship.Excellent attention to detail and a passion for maintaining artistic and functional integrity.Familiarity with industry quality standards and certifications.Effective communication and leadership skills.
