Quality Inspection Ultrasonic spot weld testing operator (NDT)

Location: Sunderland

Hours: 39 Hours per week. (2 Shifts OR 3 Shifts)

Day Shift GBP12.12, Late Shift GBP12.87, Night Shift GBP13.62 + shift allowance

Pin Point Recruitment are looking for NDT Weld Testers to join our long term client within the automotive industry. This position provides full training and candidates can expect to obtain Level 1 NDT lavender training free of charge.

The role involves working within a quality department to confirm the integrity of resistance in spot welds, using highly technical and sensitive ultrasound equipment. The role demands a high level of personal integrity with regards to exceeding the standards set by the Quality Departmental management.

Candidates shall be monitored against key performance indicators, these well be set and clearly communicated. You will be regularly assessed and given regular reviews to make sure you are achieving targets and feedback will be given on your progress to make sure you are hitting your criteria goals.
