JOB- Quality Engineer

LOCATION- Aylesbury

TERM- Permanent

SALARY- 30,000 - 42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are looking for a Quality Engineer on a permanent basis in the Aylesbury area with experience in the mechanical, Electro-mechanical or assembly Manufacturing Industry. Your main duties day to day will be to assist with quality issues internally as well as carry out other Quality Control responsibilities.

The Quality Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:

Qualified in Engineering ideally (NVQ / HNC / HND / Degree or similar) OR Qualified by experience.Previous experience as a Quality Engineer or similar positionKnowledge of mechanical, electro-mechanical, assembly or similar manufacturing.Previous experience of working with either ISO9001, AS9100, ISO13485 or IATF 16949.Familiar with Auditing, NCR, Root Cause analysis or similar quality tools.Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.Be self-motivated and have a positive attitude.Good problem-solving skills.The Quality Engineer role will involve:

Carrying out and assisting with audits across the business.Engaging in NCR, Root cause analysis and other responsibilities to address any quality issues.Assist with corrective actions and process improvements.Developing quality plans and process mapsReviewing any failures that take place within manufacturingLiaising with other departments of all levelsIf you are interested in this position, please apply with an up-to-date CV as soon as possible, along with your availability and your salary expectation.
