We are seeking a highly skilled and detailed oriented Quality Engineer to join our client in Huddersfield. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring quality and reliability of products. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control systems and collaborating with cross functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Duties as a Quality Engineer:

Have knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 policy and procedures.Experience in creation of PPAP to TIER 1 supplier and OEMs.Supporting the engineering team with APQP.Reading and understanding engineering drawing (GD&T).Carrying out measurements as and when needed.Hands of experience on SPC, Gauge R&R.CMM Experience.Experience of calibration and MSA.Dealing with customer complaints.Assist in other areas of the Quality department when required.Attend training courses linked to the Company and continuous development.Complete safety training and certifications as required.Ensure uniform, personal appearance and hygiene are clean and professional. Qualifications required for a Quality Engineer:
