Zachary Daniels are excited to be partnering with a well recognised manufacturing and wholesale business who have been operating for over 40 years. In this newly created Quality Engineer role the role holder will be responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of products and procedures through rigorous inspections, implementation of quality control measures, and identification of areas for improvement

The ideal candidate will possess a strong industrial background in engineering or quality assurance and exceptional attention to detail.

The role as Quality Engineer:

Maintain records of all relevant product certifications and documentationSet detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards areDetermine quality metrics for all manufacturing proceduresMonitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possibleWork with technical team to identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixesPrepare reports on quality issues and corrective actionsThe ideal candidate will have:

Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or within a similar roleIn-depth understanding of technical documentationFamiliarity with statistical analysisGreat attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesGood analytical skillsDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant fieldAdditional certification in Quality Assurance is a plusQuality Engineer package:
