Responsibilities:
Coordinating the receipt of internal and external documentation required to meet customer quality requirements. Conducting thorough reviews of vendor documentation to ensure compliance with the required specifications. Preparing accurate documentation packs to support the on-time delivery of customer products. Proactively managing and resolving queries to maintain efficient operations. Providing excellent support to customers and third-party inspectors, both on-site and remotely. What We Are Looking For:
Previous experience in evaluating technical quality documentation. An advantageous background in engineering or manufacturing would be beneficial. Proven ability to be proactive, highly organized, and work independently. Strong customer focus with a "right first-time" mentality, demonstrating professionalism and dedication to excellence.
