(Inside IR35)

Contract Term: Up to 12 Month

Contracting Authority: MoD

Location: Aylesbury 4 days in office

Security Clearance is required.

The role of a Quality Assurance Auditor in the context of RAF Halton Training Wing involves ensuring that the activities and processes within the Training Wing meet specified standards and regulatory requirements. Here's an explanation of the core duties and essential requirements mentioned in the job description

As a Quality Assurance Auditor, your main responsibilities will be:

Coordinate and conduct governance and assurance: This involves overseeing and ensuring that all activities within RAF Halton Training Wing adhere to established governance and assurance processes.Support audits and inspections: Assist in preparing for both 2nd and 3rd party audits and inspections. This could involve collaborating with different departments to gather necessary documentation and evidence to demonstrate compliance.Manage the Quality Improvement Action Plan (QIAP): Oversee and coordinate the implementation of the Quality Improvement Action Plan. This includes gathering input from Training Wing personnel and ensuring that improvement initiatives are on schedule for quarterly reviews.Act as Secretary for Quality and Assurance meetings: Take on the role of secretary during Quality and Assurance review meetings, ensuring accurate recording of discussions and decisions. Support the Flight Sergeant Assurance in preparing necessary documents for these meetings.Carry out directed duties: Fulfil any additional responsibilities assigned by the Chain of Command related to the quality assurance and governance of Training Wing activities.Working knowledge and use of DSAT and JSP 822Essential:

Audit backgroundAudit & Governance Systems Security Security ClearanceProficient in MSO 365 applications necessary for handling documentation, data analysis, and communication

Desirable.

Working knowledge of DSAT and JSP 822: DSAT (Defence Systems Approach to Training) and JSP 822 (Joint Service Publication) likely pertain to specific military standards and procedures.
