Quality and Compliance Administrator
Our client is a leading player in the animal feed sector, committed to delivering high-quality products to their customers. They are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality and Compliance Administrator to join their team and ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance within the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Systems Management: Maintain, update, and monitor the company's quality management system to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
Product Specifications: Develop and maintain accurate product specifications, including ingredient lists, nutritional information, packaging details, and production procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product specifications align with customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
Manage product testing schedules.
Compliance Assurance: Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance with food safety and quality guidelines.
Laboratory Coordination: Liaise with internal and external laboratories to coordinate product testing, ensuring compliance with specified quality parameters and regulatory requirements.
Skills and Experience:
Demonstrates a high level of administrative capability.
Excellent verbal and numerical reasoning skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Ideally previous experience or interest in agriculture, farming or livestock.
