Join our client's team as an experienced Quality Analyst in a call centre environment, supporting the Quality & Control Manager in delivering exceptional Quality and Performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough call sampling to maintain high-quality standards.Analyse data to enhance working practices and conduct developmental sessions for team advancement.Identify and recommend training needs.Ensure quality checks on letters/emails.Candidate Requirements:
