Our client is looking for an experienced Quality analyst from a call centre environment to aid the Quality & Control Manager in spearheading the delivery of top-notch Quality and Performance.
Main responsibilities:
Conduct call sampling for high-quality standards.Analyse data to refine working practices and host informative sessions for team development.Identify and suggest training needs.Perform quality checks on letters/emails.Candidate Qualifications:
