This is an interesting role for a qualified conveyancer who looking for something extra. You ll be overseeing property transactions, but also engaged in promoting the company out in the wider community and on social media. This will give you a broader outlook beyond the legal aspects, but also provide commercial perspective and marketing. THE ROLE:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Qualified Conveyancer at a legal practice in the Stoke area. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the legal aspects of property transactions, including managing legal documents, providing legal advice, communicating with clients and other parties involved in transactions and ensuring compliance.

This role also has the appeal of helping develop the business. You ll also attend local networking events, form alliances with other commercial partners and actively participate in conversations on social media.

THE CANDIDATE:

The company is looking for a Solicitor, CLC or Cilex qualified, with some practice experience under their belt, and also an ambitious outlook and a keen readiness to be a face of the company at various events and meetings. You re already a keen user of social media and keen to gain extra experience that can be applied in a professional capacity. You may already be writing blogs to draw and inform a crowd who could be new customers in the future.

GEOGRAPHY: This is an office-based role in the Stoke area but you will be mobile in terms of networking and promoting the practice around the local region.

SALARY AND BENEFITS: Annual basic salary is IRO GBP32k, plus a bonus to be discussed during interviews that reflects your impact on the growth of the partnership.
