An aerospace client of ours in the Braintree area are recruiting a Purchasing Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday Thursday 8.00am - 4.30pm & Fridays 8.00am - 3.30pm, paying up to 24,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
Raising work ordersApproving purchasing invoicesFilingAnswering telephoneTimesheetsOrdering spares & Ad-Hoc ordersChasing routine spares & updating systemObtaining pricing for sparesArranging shipments
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Purchasing Administrator position:
Office experienceCompetent with Microsoft applicationsMethodicalOrganised
