Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant/Purchase Ledger Clerk looking for an exciting opportunity? Our client is expanding, and we're seeking a talented individual to join our finance team at our Head Offices in Waterlooville.

Validate invoices against purchase orders Code financial transactions appropriately Post purchase ledger invoices and credits to Sage accurately Reconcile supplier statements received Process and prepare supplier payments, staff expenses, and track all payments Reconcile credit cards and petty cash. File invoices and statements electronically. Check all financial transactions for accuracy. Support the month-end reporting process. Handle accruals, prepayments, and intercompany reconciliation. Your Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years' experience working as a purchase ledger clerk Proficiency in SAGE 50 and Excel Experience in accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, and bi-weekly BACS payment runs COVID-19 vaccination in compliance with safety measures Working Hours:
Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 (40 hours per week).
