The purpose of this role is to assist with end to end purchase ledger duties in support of the wider finance function.

Description
Purchase Ledger Clerk duties will include:
Purchase ledger (inc. employee expenses)Bank reconciliationsPayroll journals, depreciation journalsAssist with annual auditSupport the wider finance team as requiredDaily bank reconciliation- matching receipts to customers and resolving all unidentified paymentsDaily receipts posting into our accounting softwareEnsuring payment queries are answered in a timely mannerEnsuring all claims are submitted on timeProcessing of bank reconciliationAny other duties that may be deemed appropriate to this roleComplete Ad-hoc queries on a weekly basisProfile
The successful candidate will:
A proven track record in a similar roleBe studying or have a desire to study AATHave excellent written and verbal communication skillsBe proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and ExcelBe able to work alone or as part of a teamHave strong attention to detailJob Offer
