THIS NOTICE OF INTEREST

This Public notice is made this day 18th December 2023

This Public Notice by Settlor hereby expressly declares Special Trust Deposit of Security Future Ref: 0055050003833420 any and all prior relationships are withdrawn. Due to mistake and lack of specific performance towards expressed beneficiary. All general use and general deposit and purpose revoked and denied.

The John “KELSO” Estate does not consent to a General Deposit of said Security into a Securities Account and does not consent to be surety of said security leveraged from the estate under the presumption that the John “KELSO” Estate would underwrite said security.

The John “KELSO” Estate rebuts all presumptions of abandonment and claims Special Deposit therefore terminating its interest in said security.

Holder of security is now the underwriter and liable for taxes of the security.

The titles have now been merged collapsing the constructive trust and foreclosing on holder/trustee of security.

The holder of said security now has a duty and obligation to perform as per Settlors instructions contained in Notice of Special Trust Deposit
