A Security Interest by way of Lien is now held by John Kelso over all property tangible and intangible of Lien Debtors STEPHEN YOUNG (dba) CHIEF EXECUTIVE, HALTON BOROUGH COUNCIL and JACOBS. The total amount of the Security Interest is of the sum certain Thirteen-Million-Seven-Hundred & Fifty-Thousand-Pounds-Sterling (£13,750,000.00).
