The Opportunity:

We are looking for motivated community focused pub operator with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and standards.

This is a self-employed position where you receive a share of the weekly sales, and all costs for utilities and stock are covered

The opportunity to run your own pub without the costs.

What is involved:

Motivational pay structure - You receive 20% share of the weekly drink sales, the busier you are the more you make. Where food is offered, this either 100% to the pub operator to operate or an agreement with the company on a % based deal. Live in offered (where available) No utilities or rates to pay, these are covered by the company. (You would only be liable for council tax and tv licence for living accommodation). All stock is supplied and paid for by the company. You are responsible for managing it once it has been delivered. Simple weekly accounting system. Entertainment budget provided (where agreed) You would need to be a personal licence holder under the Licensing Act 2003 for the sale of alcohol and to act as designated premises supervisor or be in a position to apply for a personal licence. You would also be required to lodge a security deposit with the company, this is held purely as security against the stock and cash on site.
