Your new role

Paid to Scale (MPS / UPS)

We are actively seeking a dedicated and dynamic Secondary PSHE Teacher to join a vibrant educational community, starting in January. This exciting opportunity offers a long-term placement, with the potential for permanency for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and informative PSHE (Personal, Social, Health, and Economic Education) lessons to secondary students.

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and personal development.

• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.

• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall curriculum development and school initiatives.

•Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual growth.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

• Specialisation or experience in delivering PSHE curriculum at the secondary level.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for creating a supportive learning environment that promotes well-being and personal development.

• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
