The Recruitment Team at the Openwork Partnership are looking for an experienced Protection Adviser to provide high quality protection advice to clients.

You will be provided with leads from a number of existing Mortgage Advisers and will be joining a firm with a well–established brand, an excellent reputation in the market, and a business which offers flexible working, superb benefits and supports its team of Mortgage and Protection Advisers to really thrive and meet their potential.

Working for one of our outstanding Mortgage and Protection firms, based in the Midlands, this is a remote role, and as such, you could be based anywhere in England, though some travel to the Midlands, for team meetings, may be required from time to time.

Crucially, you will be quality focused, passionate about the importance of great protection advice, hardworking, and willing to go the extra mile to provide a 5–star service to clients.

The role is varied and will evolve over time but key day to day duties will include:

Contacting prospective customers who have been referred by mortgage advisers, regarding their specific protection needsConducting appointments with clients in a friendly and engaging mannerProviding thorough quotations for all client protection requirementsExplaining protection products in a concise way and elucidating recommendations at a level each client understandsProviding a written recommendation to confirm the best advice to meet the client requirements, following a comprehensive fact findAssessment and review of existing policies based on changes of circumstancesMaking recommendations and amendments to existing cover when requiredWorking to gain referrals and to expand your flow of leads by making effective connectionsEnsuring thorough compliance at all times, keeping accurate records and providing documented reports What the role offers in return:
