We have sold our property in Y014 via a well known estate agent in Scarborough and we need to move to Crossgates or Seamer in Scarborough (walking distance to Seamer station)

Ideally a bungalow but we will consider a small three bed house (4 beds too big for a mature couple) don't mind having to modernise it.
