An established and respected local Estate Agency, providing professional services and advice to customers throughout Worcestershire.

You will partner with another Valuer to ensure all enquiries are answered and appointments are attended in a timely manner and convert as many appointments to instructions as possible (ideally at 40-50% conversion).

Responsibilities

Ensure every customer is greeted in a friendly, positive and enthusiastic manner to build rapport.Assess needs and wants of potential vendors.Value properties using all available sources.Ensure a good rapport with vendors through to completion.Optimise every opportunity to secure valuations and to obtain Instructions. Requirements

An experienced Estate Agent.Proven track record in generating new business.Positive and resilient attitude.Valuing and Listing Experience.Enthusiastic person who can demonstrate they have the willingness to learn and develop themselves in the Estate Agency industry. Based in Kidderminster, Worcestershire.

Salary dependant on experience.

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
