Portfolio Details: As a Team Manager you will support your team to manage a portfolio of approximately 3000 homes across 8 residential developments. The portfolio is varied to include prestigious luxury and high end residential mainly in the centre of London. The portfolio includes iconic developments the include luxury and bespoke amenities, that will broaden and add to you property experience. You will be required to be in regular contact with your team and attend meetings and site visits frequently.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Property Team Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

Manage a property management team to include Junior Assistants, Property Managers and Senior Property ManagersYou will lead and inspire your team while handling employment-related issues.Maintain a pro-active approach to identifying and progressing possible business opportunities, minimising business costs, and identifying and resolving possible operational issues and problems.Oversee planning and execution of day-to-day operations, maintenance and inspections of all developments within the assigned portfolio of properties.Attend client Board meetings for Team including AGM's and Directors meetings.Oversee budgets and expenditure, preparing forecasts and reports across the teams portfolio.Oversee arrears levels and credit control procedures for the team.Ensure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to and that risk assessment recommendations are implemented across the teamProvide exceptional customer service to set a high standard for your team.Interpret leasehold legislation, ensuring compliance with regulations.Conduct site inspections and uphold Health & Safety regulations.
