Anderselite are currently recruiting for a Property Surveyor for a perm opportunity with a leading real estate services firm to be based in Edinburgh.

In this role, the Property Surveyor will work with others to deliver a leading property and asset management service across a portfolio of retail properties / centres office and industrial units.

This will be a key role within the Asset Services team in Scotland working on a variety of key clients properties, with mixed property types making this an interesting and varied role.

For this role, we are looking for someone who has UK commercial property management experience with a practical understanding of the day-to-day requirements of the role. You will need to be customer service driven with strong and effective communication skills to be able to liaise with your client s professional teams and forge strong and effective relationships.

Account management is key, so you will be someone who has successful track record of working closely with senior stakeholders, and exceptional communication and a proactive approach identifying asset management opportunities.
