My client is searching for a Property Solicitor / Fee Earner to join their Milnthorpe, Cumbria offices.

The successful candidate will be dealing with a wide range of agricultural and rural property matters which is interesting and often unusual and challenging.

This role is with my firm's specialist agricultural team at their Rural Law Practice office full or part-time. My client would be happy to consider applicants with a sound property background wishing to retrain as an agricultural lawyer. They have a wide variety of rural and farming clients and we work closely with local land agents and other rural professionals.

Duties

• Farm and land sales and purchases.• Rural property issues (including mortgages and charges, option, pre-emption, and overage agreements, easements and covenants)• Farming tenancies.• Commons, manorial and sporting rights• Farm business structures.• Succession planning
