Property Solicitor (Commercial and Residential)

The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for aProperty Solicitor to join their enthusiastic team. You will undertake property services for clients primarily in residential property. You will have experience in all aspects of residential property, running your own caseload and be familiar with case management.
Responsibilities:
Managing your caseload independently.Receiving and interpreting client instructions, providing counsel.Engaging with clients through in-person meetings, phone calls, and written correspondence.Representing clients in interactions with third parties, including negotiations with opposing Solicitors.Guiding clients on financial matters, preparing invoices, and periodically updating them on accounts.Creating and reviewing legal documents.Choosing and briefing independent experts for client representation.Completing necessary administrative paperwork as required.Maintaining relationships with local Estate Agents and other sources of referrals.Promoting the residential property department's services and the firm as a whole.
Requirements:
Possess at least 5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).Demonstrated experience in overseeing both commercial and residential caseloads.Experience in a residential conveyancing division.Proficiency in legal research and conveying findings effectively to colleagues and clients.Thorough knowledge of pertinent laws and regulations.Familiarity with Commercial property matters is beneficial.Proficient drafting abilities and negotiation skills.Strong academic track record.
