You ll still get your kicks out the job, being an Estate Agent who conducts valuations, viewings, negotiates, progresses sales and has a high-level overview of the office pipeline too. You will forecast the months ahead, make predictions and ensure targets are met. You ll be a natural motivator, with experience of creating, implementing, and monitoring realistic targets across sales, solicitor, and financial services referrals for your team to achieve. Become embedded in the local community, be an expert on the local area. You will be responsible for the Sales pipeline of the office, working to a monthly target.
