Property Sales Consultant Location: ChiswickHours: Monday - Friday 8:45am-6pm and every other SaturdaySalary: GBP24,000 Plus commission (OTE approx. GBP45k - GBP55k depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Consultant for a market-leading independent estate agency with branches based in the South-West London area.

Key Responsibilities

Offer honest, reliable, and professional advice to potential vendors and buyers.Provide support and guidance to junior team members.Adhere to office procedures and policies.Contribute to and be aware of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets.List properties on the market effectivelyPro-actively generate business by reaching out to the existing databaseConduct valuations (for experienced candidates) and secure instructions for a positive first impressionIf experienced in valuations, consideration for a more senior role with additional responsibilities. Previous experience as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator; candidates with relevant experience in real estate or a strong sales background in other industries will also be consideredStrong communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilitiesSolid IT skills, including experience with Estate Agency CRM systems.Key negotiation skills and a natural aptitude for salesWell-spoken and well-presentedTarget-driven and ambitiousExcellent organizational skills with a strong emphasis on punctuality
