We are looking to move house this year - to the Dudley area if possible as this would be ideal for work. We have lived in our current home for almost 12 years. Having looked at the letting agencies there doesn't appear to be a great deal available currently, no doubt the time of year is a factor - therefore we are reaching out via Gumtree, just to see what may come back.
