A top legal 500 law firm located centrally in London are currently seeking a Commercial & Residential property Paralegal with Mandarin language skills both spoken and written.

You will be joining an organically growing department where you will have at least 1 years experience, demonstrated within a similar role.

Experience to include:

Drafting AP1s and stamp duty forms Experience of using the land registry portal Can use search providers such as Infotrack to order searches Prepare completion statements and financial statements Drafting leases Title reviews Raising enquiries Preparing reports on title

You will be educated at degree level, have attention to detail, be a team player, have self-motivation and able to work to strict deadlines.

Salary is in the region of 30,000 - 35,000 dependent on experience
