The Package

Basic Salary: GBP24,000 to GBP27,000 (DOE)Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm, alternate Saturdays 9am to 3pm (because even houses need weekends off!) Role Responsibilities

As a Property Whisperer, you'll be in charge of a lively bunch of residential properties. You'll be the go–to guru for both our cherished Tenants and Landlords.

Juggling maintenance tasks like a pro: prioritizing, troubleshooting, and playing matchmaker between contractors and properties.Channel your inner health inspector with smoke alarm tests and video inspections (don't worry, no hazmat suit required).Keys in, keys out – you'll be the gatekeeper for all property visits, making sure everyone's accounted for.Annual rent reviews – your time to shine! You'll serve up a Section 13 on behalf of our Landlords.The Section 21 maestro – you'll be drafting, finalizing, and serving them up like a legal wizard. The Ideal Candidate

Must have a genuine love affair with property and people (houses need hugs too!).Your knowledge of property management should be as solid as a well–built brick wall.Verbal and written communication skills that could charm the paint off a wall.Problem–solving skills sharper than a set of new keys.You can juggle more tasks than a circus performer (without the spandex, we promise).Thrive in a fast–paced environment (think Formula 1, but with fewer cars and more houses).Team player extraordinaire, but also a lone wolf when needed.A full driving license and your own transportation (bonus points if it's a Batmobile).Ability to work under pressure, because let's face it, sometimes properties can be dramatic.Master of time management – you'll make sure every minute counts.Keeping up with the latest lettings legislation – after all, even houses need to stay legally trendy!
