Property Manager – East Hertfordshire

Salary Circa: GBP27,000Hours of work: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pmMy client, based near Hertford are currently looking Property Manager to join their busy property management team.

Candidates must have a good understanding of Residential Property Management and current legislation pertaining to rental properties especially that of Landlord and Tenant obligations.

You will be an approachable, organised and self–motivated professional, able to adapt to the diverse needs of a range of clients. Candidates must work well within a team environment as well as performing favourably when working independently. Using your initiative you will be able to prioritise your workload to meet deadlines and targets whilst delivering a high–quality level of service.It is essential you can demonstrate your ability to problem solve whilst beingresourceful with an ability to keep accurate records and update management systems and relevant internal departments.

Main Duties:

Raising rental agreementsCollection of rents. Payments to landlords Keep up to date with lettings legislation.Manage property portfolio maintenance in accordance with current legislation. What we are looking for:
