Salary: Up to 32,000 + Car Allowance

Key Responsibilities:

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for:

Delivering top-notch management services to a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed-use buildings and estates.Taking ownership of a significant portfolio, acting as the primary interface with clients, freeholders, and leaseholders.Conducting property inspections, overseeing maintenance and finance matters.Handling service charge and management agreements.Reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.Managing insurances, attending pertinent meetings, and building strong rapport and relationships.Overseeing landlord and tenant agreements, ensuring effective communication.Strategically managing contractors to add value to our services.

Requirements:

Proven experience in property management, whether in lettings, leasehold, or residential.Strong customer or client-facing experience.Motivated and resilient individual with excellent interpersonal skills.Full driving license.
