In this role you will be accountable for your own portfolio and will be dealing with all aspects of property management alongside building positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

Key responsibilities:

Being the main point of contact for property owners across a portfolio of new build/traditional developmentsResponsible for the day–to–day management of residential portfolioBuilding strong relations with clients – delivering high levels of service and resolving any problemsOverseeing reactive repairs and planned maintenance to properties, sourcing and instructing contractorsAchieving/exceeding department KPI's around repairs, rental voids, rental arrears and rental market reviewsLeading on communal repairs for a building and monitoring the performance and costs of works carriedResolving complaintsCarrying out regular inspectionsProcessing all deposit releases and negotiating any dilapidations if required to bring a satisfactory conclusion The ideal candidate:

Will be confident in managing their own workloadWill be able to use their own initiative and make important decisions where requiredWill be able to work in a high pressured/fast paced environmentWill have a Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle Benefits:
