Property Manager

to 30K depending on experience.

Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm

Permanent role.

Must have Property Management experience in an Estate Agency capacity

Driving would be preferred, not a deal breaker.

Our valued client is a leading Estate Agency and Property Specialist providing the highest levels of customer care across its' extensive range of services.

They are currently seeking a highly motivated Property Manager who takes real pride in their work to join their Property Management team.

They currently have a portfolio of 350 properties across 3 offices.

Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Property Management environment.

Duties of the Property Manager to include;

Managing post and utilitiesManaging management keysSending welcome letters, inventories and rent codesRight to rentsAdding management move ins on database and sending out remindersBooking checkoutsComparing checkout reportsRenewals and tenant swapsPromotions/serviceAdhoc
