Job Description for a Property Manager

Maintaining and developing landlord and tenant relationshipsAddressing tenant complaints, conducting inspections, contracting repairs, and enforcing rules of occupancyWorking with management to ensure our practices remain compliantPreparing legal documents including tenancy agreements and notices, and issuing for signatureReviewing rents and negotiating increases/reductions in line with market valuesAuditing property files and adverts for remarketing purposesReviewing inventories and checkout reports, negotiating deductions and refunding balances in a timely manner.Managing tenant depositsManaging change of tenancy requests in line with industry guidelines Job skills required for a Property Manager
