Location: Edinburgh, Scotland
Salary: GBP32,000 + Excellent Benefits
Full - Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday
The Client:
Our client is a leading real estate agency, offering exceptional customer experiences for both domestic and international residents, focusing on safety, customer service, and property maintenance.
The Role:
As a Property Manager, you will manage a dedicated team, and oversee financial performance while upholding safety and legal compliance.
Responsibilities:
Maintain full compliance with local authority requirements, including HMO licences and Council Tax.Advocate for customer needs, focusing on retention and recommendation.Deliver an engaging social calendar, ensuring consistent customer satisfaction.Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team.Provide consistent and effective inductions for all team members.Develop a thorough understanding of customer demographics and university landscapes.Set clear objectives aligned with the business plan, conducting regular performance reviews.Efficiently process and manage booking administration with GDPR compliance.Take accountability for the financial performance of the property, conducting monthly P&L reviews.Contribute to annual budget setting and routine reforecasting.Conduct routine inspection and audit processes, resolving issues swiftly. Requirements:
Previously worked as a Property Manager or in a similar role.Proven track record in property management.Student Accommodation experience of at least 2 years. (Preferred)Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Benefits:
