Arranging pre - tenancy requirements eg professional cleaning, smoke alarm tests etcAgreeing what 'float' should be held, money retained to pay invoices on a landlord's behalfDealing with any maintenance issues, liaising with contractors, landlords and block managersEstimates obtained for repairs / replacements to be approved by landlordsProcessing invoicesDealing with insurance claims, liaising with block managers and loss adjustersInspecting properties and submitting reports to landlordsPerusing checkout reports, dealing with deposits and deductions, liaising with landlords and tenantsSubmitting disputes to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme when necessary Essential skills for this Property Manager role include:
