An exciting opportunity to join an established lettings and property management team based in High Wycombe has arisen. The role is for a Property Manager, based in the High Wycombe Lettings office.
Some of the specifics will include but are not exclusive to:
Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors to resolve maintenance issuesDealing with end of tenancy deposit returnsArranging and carrying out property inspections on a regular basis and reporting back to the landlordAttending managed properties where required to asses maintenance issuesSending out check out reports to tenants and landlords when a tenancy has endedSending out utility letters/emails to utility companies and councils at the end of the tenancy's and providing meter readingsChecking invoices received against works ordersArrears chasing for the portfolio and updating all partiesEnd of tenancy preparing of notices You must possess:
A good level of IT skillsA professional telephone mannerProblem solving natureSelf-motivatedExcellent communication skills and the ability to build rapportThe ability to remain calm and focused while under pressure, due to the nature of the working environment and volume fluctuationA valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle You will receive:
