Our clients, an award-winning Estate Agency, are seeking an ambitious and professional Property Manager to join their busy Cambridge team.

This role would suit a customer-focused, friendly professional who is looking to forge a long-term career in the industry.

They are offering the following to the successful Property Manager:

Basic GBP22,000 - GBP30,000+ (Depending on qualifications and experience)Ongoing training and supportCareer progressionPool cars on siteWill fund for your ARLA Level 3 (if not already obtained) Property Manager requirements:

12 months of Property Management experience minimumGreat Customer Service skillsOrganisedProblem-Solving skillsArticulateClean driving licence The Property Manager's duties will involve, but not be limited to:

Manage and oversee the property portfolioCommunicate with Landlords and Contractors regarding properties and any maintenance works required/actions to be undertaken, resolving accordinglyArrange and attend Property inspections, providing feedback to LandlordsPrepare and process tenancy renewals and contractual paperworkMaking sure all legal requirements are met and carried out.
