Simple Recruitment are delighted to be working with this client, based in Bath who are looking for a Property Manager to join their team on a Permanent basis.
So who are we looking for?
With previous experience in a similar role, the Property Manager will have strong communication skills and be able to work to a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. You will liaise with a range of stakeholders, able to manage processes and deliver an excellent standard of customer service. You will have an organised and proactive approach. A full UK driving licence is required in order to travel as part of the role.

Managing a range of letting propertiesCommunicating with stakeholders, such as contractors, tenants and landlordsManaging all reported maintenance issues through to conclusionManaging quotations and final invoices ready for paymentEnsuring compliance with legal requirements, such as risk assessments and safety certificatesManaging end of tenancy proceduresUndertaking property visits for managed properties and reporting back to landlordPromoting and upselling additional services to new and existing landlords Salary:
GBP25,000 to GBP30,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
Hours:
9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (contracted to 6pm if necessary)
