PROPERTY MANAGER
This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join an innovative property developer on a permanent basis!
The successful applicant will deliver consistent exceptional customer service and manage a portfolio of properties in an efficient and proactive manner, whilst supporting the team with the management of all properties within the portfolio.
PROPERTY MANAGER ROLE:
Coordinating and managing any works with approved contractors, ensuring works are carried out promptly, to a high standard, in a professional manner, and at the appropriate price Conducting regular property inspections and visit properties as required to assist tenants or landlords Monitoring rent payments for arrears, contacting tenants for late payments and managing payment plans as required Communicating warmly and efficiently ensuring the tenants and landlords are informed of forthcoming end of tenancy, advising landlords of best course of action, negotiating terms between parties and accurately and efficiently managing associated paperwork Managing the end of tenancy process and deposit returns, providing professional and expert advice to landlords Building and maintaining customer relationships through expert communication and high service levels Responding promptly to any customer contact and maintain regular communication throughout Communicating clearly with customers and provide all accurate and relevant information as required Assisting customers in a professional, warm, friendly and sincere manner and deliver exceptional customer service Keeping abreast of and adhere to any legal requirements for residential lettings PROPERTY MANAGER ESSENTIALS:
