Role:Property Manager

Location: Elstree, Borehamwood

Hours: Full time, 9am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Salary: GBP35,000

OA are recruiting for a Property Manager to join our client's team as they continue to grow client base.

This is an exciting role with a varied portfolio from residential flats to luxury living spaces. There is scope to further progress your career, including People Leadership.

Please note, some duties can be allocated to Support staff, and will be overseen by this position:

Managing your portfolio of properties, responsible for providing outstanding customer serviceCoordination of any service managers or support staff assigned to your portfolioOverseeing reactive maintenance, ensuring job orders are raised appropriatelyMonthly reportsIssuing Major works, including providing notices and overseeing worksManaging H&S, FRA, Asbestos and other legal requirementsEnsuring value for money through re-tendering contracts, obtaining quotes from several contractors, etcConduct site visits & write up reportsFind ways to continue improving service What we need from you:

Experience as a Property Manager, with a portfolio size of 600+ unitsTeam leadership/people management experiencePassed the 1st stage of IRPM exam as a minimumA good general knowledge of property management principles and procedures including: cladding, major works, section 20Good IT skills, including Word and Excel If interested in this role, please apply today
