Get full training and developmentA good understanding of estate agency businessFast paced, fun environmentRegular team meetingsFull company briefingsA career pathwayCompany car allowance Key responsibilities of a Property Manager Act as a central point of contact managing the effective resolution of queries from clients and staffProvide expert advice to branch and customers particularly in relation to the implications of relevant legislation.Maintain central register of contractors and ensure that they have the correct qualificationsOversee customer service ensuring works and renewals are carried out in a timely manner and monitor chasing up invoices and inspection of works and Tenancy AgreementsMonitor workloads in order that deadlines are met and service levels are adhered to.Assist with complicated cases and tenancies advising PC, Landlord and Tenant of options along with liaising with LSC and branch Skills and Experience required to be successful as a Property Manager.
