Your new role

You will join an established and friendly team of coordinators who provide exceptional customer service to guests and homeowners, as well as additional office administration. This vacancy is largely based in Saxmundham with occasional travel to Southwold and neighbouring areas to visit guests, properties, and oversee housekeeping. You will manage customer queries and handle complaints in a positive and professional manner. You will also answer incoming telephone calls, schedule contractors (housekeepers, gardeners, etc.), and keep records accurately on the administrative systems.

What you'll need to succeed

As this position requires travel to remote locations on occasion, holding a valid, clean UK Driving Licence and your own vehicle is essential. You will have prior customer service and administration experience, and be an enthusiastic and engaging team player. Having excellent attention to detail and organisation is a requirement to efficiently manage the property portfolio and maintain the administrative systems. Having good IT literacy is advantageous.

The role will differ daily, which requires resilience, a "can-do" attitude, and a portfolio of handling complaints in a positive, professional way. If you possess experience in travel or property management, this will highly benefit your application, but is not essential.
