The firm's Property Litigation Department regularly handle cases in the High Court and Court of Appeal. They represent developers, landlords and tenants, and their specialities include professional negligence and joint venture disputes.
Their Department is heavily praised and ranked by the Legal 500.
The Opportunity
The firm are looking to welcome a Property Litigation Solicitor at Senior Associate level to their established team. Associates looking for their next 'step-up' will also be considered.
As a Senior Associate in the Property Litigation Department, you will advise on all aspects of residential and commercial property disputes. Clients will be wide-ranging, from private individuals to high profile PLCs.
