With a strong track record of representing investors, developers, and financiers in commercial and investment property disputes, our client is a leading law firm with a focus on excellence and commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will be responsible for: Managing a broad spectrum of commercial property disputes, including purchase and sale transactions and investment property–related matters.Handling complex litigation cases involving lease disputes, contract disputes, and property–related issues.Providing expert legal guidance in the negotiation and resolution of property–related disputes.Advising clients on their rights and obligations in landlord–tenant relationships and property management.Representing both landlords and tenants in dilapidation claims during and after the lease term.Offering legal support to property developers in resolving disputes and contractual matters.Advising and representing financiers in property–related litigation, including breach of contract and financing disputes.Documenting and administering various litigation and dispute resolution procedures. To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience: Qualified Solicitor with substantial experience in property/commercial litigation.Demonstrated experience in handling complex commercial property disputes, including purchase and sale transactions and investment property matters.Proficiency in negotiating and resolving lease disputes, contract disputes, and property–related issues.In–depth knowledge of landlord–tenant law and property management.Track record of successfully representing clients in dilapidation claims.Expertise in providing legal support for property developers in resolving disputes.Experience in representing financiers in property–related litigation and financing disputes.Strong litigation skills, including legal research, drafting, and negotiation.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high–quality legal services.A proactive and solution–oriented approach to legal challenges.
