PROPERTY LITIGATION

A Senior Associate level property litigation solicitor is required to deal with commercial property litigation work for this leading international firm's London team.Role OverviewThe successful candidate will join an established team that acts for a diverse client base that includes public and private sector landlords, tenants and real estate developers, local authorities, NHS Trusts, housing associations, social landlords, blue chip retailers and owner managed businesses.

You will be expected to manage your own caseload and play a key part in the team's development and client relationship management. The caseload includes estate management work, possession actions, business lease renewals and injunctions. It may also include residential cases such as enfranchisements, lease extensions, rights to manage, possessions, rent and service charge recovery, nuisance and disrepair for residential landlords, tenants and freeholders.

Candidate ProfileThe firm is seeking and property litigation solicitor with the following:

A previous track record dealing with commercial property litigation work. As a guide you would be expected to have at least 5 years' worth of experience.Someone who can take a lead role in more complex cases and work with colleagues in the transactional real estate and construction departments.Someone who can take on management responsibility for team membersAble to assist in business development and promotion of the team What's on offer?
