This role will cover property lettings in the Chester area. The role is varied and fast paced, so you'll need to be super organised, able to prioritise workload and work to deadlines to ensure the best service is delivered to customers.

Being able to build rapport with customers is a key to being successful in this role. This, combined with the delivery of excellent service, enables you to generate new and maintain existing customers and maintain the agency's dominance in the market.

Property Lettings & Sales Negotiator - key duties:

Taking and registering tenant and potential buyer / seller detailsArranging and conducting appointments / viewingsSupport with negotiating and agreeing terms with landlords and tenants.Daily communication with customers, tenants, buyers and landlordsFull driving licence is required.
