We are looking for an all–rounder Construction/Property professional, with experience in identifying distressed property assets for development, negotiating the best price and liaising with the project management team from start to completion.A background delivering luxury residential, hotels, commercial or leisure projects would be preferable. Ideally you will possess either MCIOB, RICS (Part qualified also considered) or a degree in Real Estate Management.
