Remote Property Development and Partnership Manager

You will be maximising current business and be instrumental in sourcing new properties for new funded packages of home care for existing service users and new packages of care.

The right candidate will have good experience of working with housing partners, commissioners and other stakeholders.
Salary Up to GBP55,000 depending on experience.Remote.Permanent position.Hours 40 hours per week, will be required to travel to support tenders and handover of packages.Area Remote - Location will include travel to the Midlands/London Area and will require National and Regional travel throughout the UK. Carry out initial review of all new and potential contractual agreements, monitoring contractual compliance across the board through regular reviews.Attending meeting and creating sales opportunities to drive sustained growth for the division and business as a whole.Work in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams, operational colleagues, and external housing partners to design and deliver suitable housing solutions for individuals already receiving support as well as those transitioning into our services.Motivational and inspirational leadership for employees and teams to perform at their best in building and sustaining a high-performance culture. Act as a role model and ambassador for company values and leadership behaviours.Achievement of Revenue and Margin targets by the retention and growth of existing business, acquiring new business and the effective and efficient running of operations.Responsible for driving quality and business improvements in order to secure future packages and growth.Ensure that structures, processes, systems and procedures are co-ordinated, effective and efficient meeting business, commercial and clinical requirements to meet future business demands.Identify any relevant tendering opportunities within existing CCG s or establishing new contacts and leads. You will need to have previous experience in a similar senior role within the care industry and experience of specialised housing for people living with learning disabilities.This role requires a proven track record of working with external housing providers and securing properties.Specific knowledge of housing regulation/compliance and the application of that knowledge to property solutions.The position requires the candidate to be computer literate, good numeracy and literacy skills, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and as well as being confident and reliable, they must have a strong desire to succeed.Driving licence will be required due to the area that will need to be covered supporting other services.Building and sustaining lasting relationships with CCG s and effective project management skills.The position is remote but would be beneficial to live within the midlands or London area and the UK.
